TMBS doodle

My most recent obsession : The Mysterious Benedict Society and Kiki Strike

I notice that there aren't many fanarts of The Mysterious Benedict Society (TMBS), so I decided to make one myself.This is just quick doodle, though I did take my time to color it (even though it's not pretty decent).

I was having difficulty at first becoz I’m not used to children book style drawing.
I luv the illustration of TMBS book 2! It’s not that I don’t like the illustration in book 1, but I like the illustration in book 2 more. It’s cuter I guess

I got my idea for the lower picture from second book, when I found that Number Two like to give 'unique' present ^0^
So yeah, in that picture, Number Two gives the member of MBS a (pretty) long scarf for everyone which she made it herself LOL
I have fun with this so much, so I think I'll redraw this scene again in the future

Haven't read book 3 (Prisoner Dilemma), so please, NO SPOILER!!! >___<

Done with color pencil and a little PS for finishing. Brushes aren't mine. Got it from the CD I bought long time ago.

*update* finally got my hand on TMBS 3 and fin read it! though, luv the TMBS 1&2 more... the 3rd one, i found it lack of something, not as enchanting as the first two... oh well, maybe it's just me
